RGA has a discounted room block available from September 18-21, 2018 at a rate of $189 per night plus tax (13.4%) for a single or a double. Please click here to make your reservations. You will be required to guarantee your reservation with a credit card or a one night’s deposit. Failure to occupy the room or to cancel a guaranteed reservation at least 48 hours prior to arrival will result in a forfeiture of the room’s deposit.

Upon Arrival at the Minneapolis Marriott City Center, the registration desk for your room is on the 5th floor. Your name badge and conference materials can be picked up at the conference registration desk on the 4th floor.

MSP International Airport and Terminal Information:
There are two terminals at MSP Airport: Terminal 1-Lindbergh and Terminal 2-Humphrey. Because they are accessed off separate roadways, it is important to know which terminal your airline is located at before arriving at the airport. Ground Transportation & Parking
The hotel is about 20 minutes from the Minneapolis/St. Paul International Airport. Taxi fares typically run $35-45 to downtown Minneapolis. The hotel does not have a shuttle service, but a shared shuttle service can be obtained through Super Shuttle: $16 one way or $28 roundtrip if reserved on line at http://www.supershuttle.com/ or in person at the airport counter. There is a $3 surcharge each way if reserved via phone at 1-800-258-3826. Rates do not include gratuity.
The Metro Transit Blue Line runs from the Minneapolis/St. Paul Airport to Downtown Minneapolis every 10 minutes. The Nicollet Mall station is located 0.1 miles from the Minneapolis Marriott City Center. The one-way fare is $2.50 during rush hours (Monday – Friday 6 to 9 a.m. and 3 to 6:30 p.m.) and $2.00 all other times.

Self-parking is available at the Minneapolis Marriott City Center for $26 per day (with in and out privileges). Valet parking is available for $40 per day.
