We hope you’ll decide to support the 2018 ROSE Conference! The Opportunities for Sponsorship are as Follows:
+ Diamond Level - $7,500 Please note limit of one sponsor at this level on first come first served basis
+ Platinum Level - $5,000
+ Gold Level - $4,000
+ Silver Level - $3,000
+ Bronze Level - $2,000 please note, this level of sponsorship does not include booth space.

About the Conference

The RGA Thirty-fourth Annual ROSE Conference will be held September 19-21, 2018 at the Minneapolis Marriott City Center Hotel, in Minneapolis, Minn. Attendance at the ROSE Conference is by invitation-only to our reinsurance clients and business associates. Our attendees include nurses, case managers, claim specialists, claim managers, vocational experts, physicians and others who work in group disability or health insurance, from across the U.S. and Canada. These are the individuals whose daily activities include making decisions regarding appropriate referrals and who influence choices of vendors. The intent of the ROSE Conference is to provide updates in healthcare and disability management as well as pragmatic and insightful information to our audience that will enhance their job performance and improve case management, claim outcomes and customer service for their policyholders and claimants – and also offer the opportunity for networking (and some fun!). We are proud of the fact that this conference is widely recognized and respected in the group health and disability insurance industries and intend to again provide the highest quality experience possible for our participants. In order to continue this tradition of offering an outstanding program, we’re asking you to consider sponsoring part of the event. Exhibit space is limited, and sponsors will be accepted on a first come, first served basis.

Exhibit Booth Information:

Conference exhibit space will be provided by Brede Exposition Services. The following items are provided (for all except the Bronze Level Sponsors) at no additional cost:
  • 8' high back drape
  • 3' high side drape
  • 1 6'x30” draped table
  • 2 side chairs
The conference exhibitor packet is available here, and includes information about shipping your materials or ordering additional items for your booth. Set-up for your exhibit booth will be available Tuesday, September 18th from 12:00-5:00 p.m. Booth take-down will be Thursday September 20th from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Opportunity to offer gift drawings:

If desired, you may provide a gift for a prize drawing.  **Please note that the time slotted for the vendor gift drawings will be Thursday during the afternoon break.

Cancellation policy:

If you cancel your registration greater than 120 days before the start of the conference, you will receive a full refund of your sponsorship fee.  If you cancel your registration within:
  • 90-120 days of the start date of the conference, you will receive a full refund less a cancellation fee equal to 25% of your sponsorship amount;
  • 60-89 days of the start date of the conference, you will receive a full refund less a cancellation fee equal to 50% of your sponsorship amount; and
  • Less than 60 days of the start of the conference, you will receive no refund.
Please note that cancellation of an additional paid attendee will not result in a refund of that attendee fee.
